Effectively Addressing Burnout, Well-being and Resilience: Individual, Team, and System Approaches

In this special section, we aim to present work that is uniquely pertinent to the mission of Families, Systems, & Health (www.apa.org/pubs/journals/fsh). While we welcome work that focuses on the study of burnout, well-being, and/or resilience among individual clinicians, we are especially interested in study of these topics among healthcare teams and systems-level interventions. We especially invite studies among historically underrepresented and diverse healthcare professionals (broadly defined).

First Step: Letter of Intent (LOI) – due Sept. 22, 2023: Interested authors should submit a 1-page, single-spaced LOI describing the type of submission, focus, design/methods, samples, outcomes and significance of their intended contribution
